Subscription & Cancellation Policy

How your subscription works
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you save on every order. Your first order ships right away. After that, we automatically send the same order you chose and charge your payment method once a month.

You can change how often it arrives, skip a delivery, or pause your subscription at any time from your account.

Cancel anytime
There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. You can cancel in two ways:

1. Online: Log in to your account at mykico.net with the email you used to order, go to Subscriptions, and click Cancel.
2. By email: Send your order number to send@mykico.net, and we'll cancel your subscription within 1 business day.

To avoid your next charge, please cancel before your next billing date.
